We want everyone to have a great stay, including our neighbors. Here’s what to know: No parties, events, or extra guests beyond your booking unless cleared with us first in writing. Quiet hours run from 10pm to 7am. Keep it mellow outdoors and indoors. This is a family neighborhood. Please don’t blast music or block driveways. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigs inside. You can smoke outside—butts go in the provided sand filled pots by the doors. Pets are welcome (up to 4). Just let us know in advance if you’re bringing more than two. No food or drinks in the bedrooms, please. Don’t move the furniture—it never goes back the same way and can scratch the floors. Absolutely no drugs or illegal activity. Please note that marijuana is still illegal in Nebraska. No open flames inside the house. That means candles, too. Check-in is any time after 4pm. Check-out is before 11am.

Outside, the home sits about a block off 72nd Street, which means quick access to Omaha’s main north-south road, without the street noise. The driveway fits four cars easily, and there’s always street parking on the south side of the street.
