Frances Home is a comfortable 4-bedroom stay in Omaha’s quiet, tree-lined Aksarben neighborhood. It’s a safe, walkable part of Midtown, close to the interstate but far enough from the noise. Whether you're here for work, family, or just a change of scenery, this place is built for an easy, no-fuss stay. We don’t charge extra for the first two pets. If you’re bringing more, just let us know in advance.

Good to know

The house has four private bedrooms and two full bathrooms — enough space for a group to function without waiting for a shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee, and the basics. There’s a smart TV in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms, plus fast WiFi for those who need to work (or binge something in peace). Out back, there’s a fenced yard for pets or kids to roam. You’ll also have driveway parking and access to the garage. The keyless entry makes check-in simple, and everyone in your group can come and go without juggling keys.

Other Details to Note

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so we do ask that you respect the 10pm–7am quiet hours. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, there are exterior security cameras at the front and back doors. There are no cameras inside the house, and we take your privacy seriously. We like to leave a few basics and food items for guests, but please enjoy them at your own discretion. If you’d rather not, no worries. We live locally, so if you need anything during your stay, we're just a message away.

1. No parties or events allowed. 2. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Please park properly and do not block streets or driveways. No loud music. 3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 4. Please respect the neighborhood noise curfew from 10pm-7 am 5. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 6. No illegal drugs, under age drinking or illegal activity allowed on the premises. Please note that weed is illegal in Nebraska. 7. No smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is acceptable as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly. 8. No open flames inside the house (candles etc)

We have a Schlage keyless lock so you can get in and out anytime at your convenience. No need to share a key among the group. Everyone in your group has the freedom to come and go as they please.

Omaha does not have a strong public transit system (bus). it is mostly a city where you drive to your destinations. Ride share companies work well (Uber, Lyft).
