Maple House is a clean, comfortable 4-bedroom home located in Omaha’s quiet Maple Village neighborhood. It’s close to the interstate, but far enough from the road that you won’t hear it. The biggest draw? A large above-ground pool with a brand-new wraparound deck — perfect for summer days when doing nothing sounds like a plan.
Good to know
There are four bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Three bathrooms make group stays easier — one with a tub, the others with showers. Need more sleeping space? We’ve got a queen air mattress. Just give us a heads-up, or we’ll keep it stored. The kitchen has the basics: cookware, coffee, salt, pepper, and enough room to keep the group fed and functional. The living area has space to relax or debate dinner plans. Out back, the fenced pool area is private and regularly cleaned. The new deck has plenty of room to stretch out, eat, or quietly avoid the people you’re traveling with for 10 minutes. we have a two gazebos in the back so even large groups can find their space to relax. Pet policy We don’t charge extra for the first two pets. If you’re bringing more, let us know ahead of time.
Other Details to Note
There are two exterior cameras on the property: one at the front door and one at the back. They’re there for safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house — your privacy matters, and we respect it. We keep the house clean and stocked with a few complimentary basics, including some food items. Feel free to use them, but please do so at your own discretion. If you'd rather stick to what you bring, that’s perfectly fine too. We're happy to share our space and hope you enjoy your stay.
