About

The house is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac in Ralston — a safe, private neighborhood just south of central Omaha. It’s the kind of spot where kids can play outside and the only traffic is from your own group. You’re close enough to the interstate to get anywhere in the city quickly, but far enough from the road that you won’t hear a thing. We’re pet lovers, so we don’t charge extra for up to two dogs. The backyard is huge and fenced all around.

Good to know

The house has four bedrooms with queen beds in the master bedrooms and full sized beds in the other three. There are two full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower). The last bathroom only has a toilet (located next to the basement bedroom). The "fifth bed" is a futon couch that opens up into a twin sized bed. Pet policy We don’t charge extra for the first two pets. If you’re bringing more, let us know ahead of time.

Other Details to Note

There are two exterior cameras on the property: one at the front door and one at the back. They’re there for safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house — your privacy matters, and we respect it. We keep the house clean and stocked with a few complimentary basics, including some food items. Feel free to use them, but please do so at your own discretion. If you'd rather stick to what you bring, that’s perfectly fine too. We're happy to share our space and hope you enjoy your stay.

House Rules

1. No parties or events allowed. 2. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Please park properly and do not block streets or driveways. No loud music. 3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 4. Please respect the neighborhood noise curfew from 10pm-7 am 5. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 6. No illegal drugs, under age drinking or illegal activity allowed on the premises. Please note that weed is illegal in Nebraska. 7. No smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is acceptable as long as cigarette butts are disposed properly. 8. No open flames inside the house (candles etc) 9. If you have a pet during your stay you are responsible for it at all times. Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests during your stay.

We have a Schlage keyless lock so you can get in and out anytime at your convenience. No need to share a key among the group. Everyone in your group has the freedom to come and go as they please. The driveway is large enough for four cars. There is also ample street parking, on the east side of the street.

Ambrose was very responsive and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The house is as described, and it was very clean upon arrival. Ambrose also had some snacks and bottled water for us. Coffee pods were provided, which was nice. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had our dog with us, and one of the reasons I picked Ambrose's place was for the fully fenced backyard. There's an open lot behind the backyard, which adds some additional privacy. Overall, my family and I had a great stay at Ambrose's house, and we would stay again. Thanks Ambrose!

Ambrose is very responsive and the home worked very well for our group. The toddler enjoyed the playset in the backyard. We had plenty of space to spread out, and the host provided several nice extras, such as some toiletry items and bottles of water. Overall a good experience.
