Need a place that’s quiet, clean, and feels like home? Warren House overlooks a serene golf course and is tucked into a leafy neighborhood that’s as peaceful as it is convenient. With space for up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for families, traveling professionals, or anyone looking to unwind without leaving the city. The main selling feature is the amount of space in the house. It has two living rooms, and three of the bedrooms are super sized.

Good to know

You’ll find five comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed and room to unpack. There are three full bathrooms — one with a tub, two with a walk-in shower — so everyone can get ready without a wait. Natural light fills the home, and the view out back makes your morning coffee feel like a mini escape. If you need extra sleeping space, just let us know and we’ll set up an extra queen air mattress. Please note: the garage is not accessible during your stay. It’s used for storage and may be accessed occasionally by housekeeping for short periods of time. it has a separate side entrance so no one will be coming into your space.

We allow up to two pets with no fee. If you're bringing more, just let us know in advance—an extra charge may apply. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, so we do ask that you respect the 10pm–7am quiet hours. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, there are exterior security cameras at the front and back doors. There are no cameras inside the house, and we take your privacy seriously. We like to leave a few basics and food items for guests, but please enjoy them at your own discretion. If you’d rather not, no worries. We live locally, so if you need anything during your stay, we're just a message away.

1. No parties or events allowed. 2. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Please park properly and do not block streets or driveways. No loud music. 3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 4. Please respect the neighborhood noise curfew from 10pm-7 am 5. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 6. No illegal drugs, under age drinking or illegal activity allowed on the premises. Please note that weed is illegal in Nebraska. 7. No smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is acceptable as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly. 8. No open flames inside the house (candles etc)

Neighborhood

The house is tucked away in the quiet Maplewood Village neighborhood of Omaha. A park, golf course and the scenic Keystone bike trail are within walking distance. We are right off the interstate.

Guest Access

Access to the house is conveniently off 90th street, which is a major North-South artery in the city. The house is about four blocks away from the road, so you do not hear the traffic noises. The driveway is large enough for four cars. There is also ample street parking on the east side of the street.

I absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described and perfectly located near everything I had planned for my trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. The host was super easy to reach and made everything smooth. The house itself was spacious and perfect for our group of 10 — having 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two patio areas was a huge plus. It was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating for a large group. Highly recommend this Airbnb! I’d definitely stay here again. 🙌✨

We were here for the CWS. The location is great and the layout of the house is perfect for several people to stay without feeling like they are on top of one another.

The host was so kind and responsive. There was a mix up a few days before our trip. We had a large group and the house we originally booked was suddenly not available. Before reaching out to cancel our stay, she reached out with this home close to the original area that would accommodate all of us. It was a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space. The basement had two bedrooms and a bathroom. My son even left his hat, and she replied immediately and had the cleaners look for it. I would stay there again!

Omaha does not have a strong public transit system (bus). it is mostly a city where you drive to your destinations. Ride share companies work well (Uber, Lyft).
